Bruce Willis is back for a fifth installment as detective
John McClane in a brand new adventure not set in the streets of an American
city but in the corrupt and cluttered streets and back alleys of Moscow Russia.
When John gets word that his estranged son Jack is under
arrest in Russia for the killing of Russia official, John boards a plane to
Moscow in the hopes of bringing his son home.
When he gets there he immediately recognizes that things aren’t
as they first appear and before he knows it he is entangled with his son, and a
rescued Russian ex-crime lord, in a cat and mouse game of intrigue, deception
and global terrorism that if not stopped threatens the entire world.
As father and son reluctantly join forces bullets fly and
bodies die in an over-the-top McClane catastrophe that will satisfy any action
movie fan’s lust for blood and guts coupled with lots of tongue-in-cheek humor,
unexpected twists and turns and spectacular stunts and special effects.
The new Blu-ray/DVD Digital HD Ultraviolet Combo contains
the regular and extended cut of the ‘R’ rated film. Also included are lots of extras including
featurettes, deleted scenes, a commentary and much, much more.
