Transcendence

Johnny Depp stars as Dr, Will Caster in Warner Bros. new sci-fi/action-adventure/thriller movie release on Blu-ray/DVD/Digital HD Ultraviolet Combo.

 

In the movie Dr. Caster is a leading researcher in artificial intelligence.  His latest project combines the unlimited intelligence of a computer coupled with the capacity to feel human emotions. 

Anti-technology terrorists seek to stop Dr. Caster's experiments but they succeed only in setting in motion his own transcendence.  Soon the doctor's thirst for knowledge begins to outstrip his emotions and what results is someone, or something, neither human or machine, or both.
