Scarry, Madeline, Castle and Hammer

Two much-loved children’s books series were successfully and faithfully translated to animated series a few years ago.  They are The Busy World of Richard Scarry and Madeline.
Mill Creek Entertainment presents each series in its entirety: 65 episodes of Scarry and 59 episodes and five specials for Madeline.

Richard Scarry invites viewers to visit Busytown where its animal townsfolk live and work.

Children will learn valuable life lessons as they tag along with the adventures and mishaps with Huckle Cat, Lowly Worm and their friends and neighbors.

The stories are fun, informative, humorous and teach children about how to make good choices throughout their lives.

Like the citizens of Busytown, Madeline: the smart and mischievous red-headed girl who lives in Paris, France, also learns valuable life-lessons as she and her companions embark on outrageous adventures filled with fun, laughter and unexpected surprises.

Long before slasher and blood-drenched modern movies came into existence there were Hammer Films and William Castle.

Two new collections explore the pioneers of horror and suspense in two five-film collections that sent chills up the spines and curdled the blood of moviegoers in decades gone past.

Thrill to such classic films as 13 Ghosts, The Dark Old House, The Gorgon, Scream of Fear and other scary and chilling tales of horror.
