Angel

David Boreanaz starred as Angel, the vampire with a conscience and Buffy’s love interest in the hit series Buffy The Vampire Slayer and later in his own TV series.

Like all of the Sideshow Collectibles figures the Angel figure comes in a standard box with a front panel that opens to reveal the figure within.

A clear plastic panel covers the figure which is held in place by a form-fitted plastic cocoon and plastic coated wires.

Photos and informational text cover the front, back, sides and inside the front cover flap.

The resemblance to actor David Boreanaz is remarkable. The 12-inch fully articulated figures comes with preset hands for holding the various items that come with the figure.

These include three vials of holy water and a long sword with a golden pommel, blood guard and grip.  A circular Buffy base and wire stand is also included.

The facial features on the figure are painted in subtle variated shades and hues to give the features a more natural look.

The square jaw, straight nose, deep mournful eyes and thin lips match the Angel character.

The figure comes dressed in all black.  Clothing is small stitched, actual fabric and the creases, folds and fit match their larger counterparts.

He wears a black shirt, pants, shoes and a four-button trench coat with two slit pockets.

All the clothing is stitched to scale using real cloth. The clothing move smoothly over the figure with no bunching or unrealistic folds or creases.

Angel wears a gold ring on his left and right hand middle fingers.
