There are certain laws-written and unwritten that every civilization sets in place that protect the innocent and punish the guilty.

Without them chaos and anarchy would rule.

In Konami’s Shonen Jump Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game Justice Hunters, those that are guilty are sought out and held accountable for their misdeeds.

It takes a special type of person (uh, monster) to mete out justice. Best beware because Justice Hunters have a ‘dogged’ determination when it comes to doing what’s right and punishing those that do wrong.
