Christmas Indoor Scene

What is it about indoor Christmas decorations that warm your heart? Is it the Christmas tree with its twinkling lights and ornaments? The presents? Garland? The Christmas stockings? The crackling fireplace?

What about a snowman? Lights? Christmas decorations? Giant snowflakes? Rolife’s Christmas Indoor Scene has all of that and more.

Break out the eggnog, sit in your chair covered by a warm fuzzy blanket, look out the window at the falling snow and take in the ambiance of the Christmas Indoor Scene. Does life get any better than this?

Rolife has released a series of Christmas themed kits. All have distinctive boxes that have side flap lids with twin smaller flaps that secure the lids on the sides.

The kits feature full-color photos of the Christmas kits -such as Book Nook & Wonderland Christmas Indoor scene. All the sets are made primarily of wood pieces laser cut out of wood slats. Colors pop in a variety of Christmas colors. Lights kits are included-batteries are not.

The Christmas Indoor Scene comes with a small Phillips-head screwdriver. I suggest you have tweezers and a strong light. I like having a magnifying glass handy since my eyesight isn’t the best. Occasionally I use liquid glue and a brush in case I break something. I am all -thumbs.

On the back of the box are specs and photos. The kit is best suited to those 14 years old an older, should take abut 3 to 4 hours to complete and consists of 206 pieces. Primary materiel used are plywood, MDF board and paper.

The Indoor Christmas Scene comes with Instructions that is filled with color 3D images of the various stages of the build. Parts are numbered coinciding with the numbers on the part slats.

Just follow the numbers and steps and it’s easy. Take your time and don’t remove more parts that you need at one time.

Slats, stickers and paper fold sheets are also included. The electrical components come in their own vacuum formed tray.

I started with the base pieces and then moved onto the various interior walls, furniture, accessories, etc. The kit is an excellent way to improve your eye-to-hand coordination, dexterity and patience. It also makes a great family project.

I took my time-there was no hurry. I enjoyed the process and I’m slowly but surely finishing the kit. It’s relaxing and a fun challenge for my mind and concentration.

Rolife’s Christmas Indoor Scene is housed in a little cubby hole building with lights, snowflakes, a happy face snowman, a small mailbox with a letter, multi-pane windows, a fireplace with stockings, decorations, wall decor, a railing, a decorative multi-sectional roof, a Christmas wreath with a red bow, candles, a small decorated Christmas tree and other holiday goodies.
