I’ve
seen a lot of books about Star Wars in my time but even I have to admit that Becker & Mayer!’s Star
Wars books are cut above the rest.
From
the Star Wars Legends series comes Star
Wars Book Of Sith Secrets Of The Dark Side.
Wow! Double wow!
It is amazing!
A
large black box decorated with red and silver text looms both mysteriously and
dangerously on my table.
Precariously
and delicately I open the box and withdraw a large black pyramid with red
panels from its stygian interior.
A
small sheet of instructions dares me to follow them. I do and with the push of a button the
pyramid opens amidst wailing and spooky sounds.
The
pyramid’s red panels pulse and throb to an unearthly noise as a single shelf
slides out from its depths revealing a blood red book emblazoned with the embossed
text: Book Of Sith.
Hidden
behind the book are two objects believed to have benn collected by the Sith Master:
Darth Sidious.
A
strange blood red crystal that spins freely in its recessed alcove and a silver
and blue locket in its niche opens to reveal strange Sith markings.
Opening
the book I am shocked as to its context.
Inside
are the secret hidden Dark Force secrets of Sith detailing the history of the
Sith, the Dark Side, weapons, attire, armor, how to manipulate the Force and
other arcane inserts.
They
include ancient text on cloth, blueprints, hidden mystical symbols and much
more.
With
hands trembling I return the book and objects back into their places, push the
button and watch as the pyramid slowly closes and once more hides the secret text
and objects gathered by Darth Sidious.
What
and amazing collection, both cleverly designed and assembled. Any Star Wars fan would be proud to add the Book
of Sith to their collection.
Both
the Jedi Knights and the Sith have a preferred weapon of choice: the Lightsaber.

Although
