Bible, Faith and Western Double Feature, Outlaws and Roy Rogers

As a Christian I have my fair share of questions when it comes to the Bible.

They pertain not so much as to the validity of the Word of God but how to apply what Christ taught to my life.

Non-Christians have their questions about the Bible, mainly if it is all-true and that the events that occurred in the Old and New Testaments actually took place.

And that’s OK.  People should ask questions.  God expects them to.  Their decision as to the validity of the events that occurred and truthfulness of the teaching of the Scripture must be decided by each individual.

Their conclusion must be their own.  That’s why God made man and woman creatures that have free will.  What they decide determines their future-good or bad.

In Mill Creek Entertainment’s DVD/Digital Ancient Secrets Of The Bible The Complete Series, viewers are presented with a plethora of questions about the Bible.

Biblical scholars and scientific and historical experts examine every question.  Far from ‘preachy’ the series allows viewers to come to their own conclusions aided by dramatic recreations of events, evidence, experiments and more.

In the Faith Double Feature Blu-ray/DVD/Digital Combo Pack two heart-warming and inspirational stories are presented.

Based on a true story, Footprints is a tale of a man who has lost everything and a dog which was abused crossing paths and how the man’s renewed faith in God and the dog’s gradual trust in humanity healed them both.

Friends For Life finds a big city lawyer who suffers the loss of his wife.  Despondent, hurting and drained the man is about ready to give up on life.

He discovers four lost wolf cubs and decides not to give up on them.  In the process he gains a new perspective on life and instead of a future filled with loneliness he opens his heart up to not only the pups but also those around him.

Get ready for a rip-roaring, action-packed round up of the Ol’ West in two pistol-packing Western Films in the Blu-ray/Digital release of Western Double Feature.

In Fort Yuma Gold a crazy Confederate Major continues the fight with the Union forces even as the war is coming to an end.

He plans to lead his ragtag forces to attack Fort Yuma and steal a gold shipment.

A captured Confederate soldier agrees to aid the Union soldiers in order to stop the Major but the charms of a conniving woman complicates matters and may spell disaster.

The inventor of the Gatling Gun is held hostage in Damned Hot Day Of Fire.  Captain Chris Tanner must rescue the inventor and procure his deadly invention before the weapon gets in the hands of the Confederacy.

As much as moviegoers like watching the good guys win, the bad guys are often more interesting characters.

The DVD/Digital Outlaws & Con Men 4 Movie Collection dishes out a quartet of films where the bad guys get busy as they seek revenge, try to outwit a head-hunter, seek to renege on a deal and outwit a Mexican revolutionary.

There was a time at the movies that the line between good and evil was clearly drawn.
It was obvious as to who were the good guys and who were the villains.

Nowadays those that commit criminal acts and live questionable deviant lifestyles are often lauded as heroes and roll-models.

It aught not to be so.

What the world needs are individuals who demonstrate and live upstanding, honest and moral lives.  Truth, honor, compassion and loyalty are sorely need.

High moral standards (dare I say Christian values?) are needed more than ever in this crazy, dangerous and hostile world.

In The Roy Rogers Happy Trials Collection, 20 feature films starring Roy: The King Of The Cowboys, offers wholesome, family-centered entertainment.

Cartoon violence, clean language, moral lessons and the good guys win Westerns invite viewers to join Roy, Dale Evans, Trigger, Bullet and the rest of the Western gang in saddle-bustin’, high plains, Ol’ West fun and adventure in this new DVD/Digital collection
