Justice League Of America #200

Ya gotta hand it to penciller George Perez when it comes to oversize, mega-appearance anniversary issues no one beats him when it comes to action and detail.

This issue contains some of the earliest work he did for DC Comics.  He was just starting to design pages packed with characters all with individual looks.

Later on The New Teen Titans, Crisis On Infinite Earths and various series and mini-series for DC Comics his ability to stage massive character crossovers cemented itself.

Why are the newest members of the Justice League duking it out with the founding members in Justice League Of America #200?  Good question.  Here’s the answer.

It all occurs when a menace for the original Justice League members encountered one of their first adversaries.

For some unknown reason they have forgotten their current tam members and are determined to see their current roster of new members.

Fortunately they recovering and the entire team sets out to stop whoever is responsible for their predicament.

It’s classic JLA action in an epic tale that celebrates the team’s 200th issue.

Be sure to get an issue as individual original Justice League team adventures are pencilled by some of DC Comics veteran pencillers such as Gil Kane Jim Aparo and others.
