Has it really been six seasons!? It’s hard to believe CBS/Paramount’s Elementary TV series is celebrating six seasons with the release
of the entire season's episodes on DVD.
Get ready to dust off your pipe, don your cloak and cap
and follow Holmes and Watson as they take on modern criminal cases and
challenges.
What makes Elementary so different? Well, it’s set in modern day New York City
for one thing and (here it comes) Dr. Watson is a woman!
In this season’s collection Sherlock Holmes’ worse fear comes
true as he begins to lose his deductive skills along with his physical skills.
Discouraged, but not willing to give up his profession,
he learns more and more to depend on Watson’s assistance.
The six disc, 21 episode collection pits Holmes against
his greatest adversary and possibly the one case he can’t solve.
Determined to go forward Holmes must cope with his
addictive tendency, depend on a fellow addict and Watson and struggle with his
new vulnerability.
Three featurettes about the series are also included with
the episodes.
Should you buy this collection?
“Elementary my dear Watson.”
