When Sideshow Toys (Collectibles) first acquired the Buffy The Vampire Slayer 12-inch action figure license the figures were housed in clear plastic front and side display boxes.
This is the original Buffy as seen in the TV series-not the vampire version or other versions.
This is Buffy in all of her vampire hunting glory.
Buffy’s face has multi-hue paint application giving the facial features a more natural look.
Sculpting of the face from Buffy’s large blue eyes, small straight nose, slightly pursed lips and long blond hair drawn back over her shoulders are perfect matches to the real Buffy as seen on TV.
The figure is delicate and small with a slight build, pres-positioned hands and long legs.
It wears a black leather rain slicker/jacket with a large collar, twin vertical side pockets and cuff less sleeves. Buffy also wears a blue/gray collarless shirt, black skinny jeans and black short top boots. She has a silver ring on her left middle finger.
Included with the figure is a cobblestone base on a sandy section of soil with small protrusions that fit into the bottom of the figure’s feet so it can stand.
Two wooden stakes, an ancient wooden crossbow with string, metal tipped arrow and leather strap and a large wooden bound Vampyre book are also included.
Details on the accessories are crisp and sell done-especially the crossbow with its handle, bow and trigger mechanism.
Overall it is an excellent figure with some pretty impressive extras.
